Q : What carrier do you use for shipping and what services are available?
A: *For West Malaysia Buyer : we use G-Dex for our Courier deliveries, sometimes we may use lorry transport for heavy items.
*For East Malaysia Buyer : we use G-Dex, air parcel post and sometimes we may use sea/Surface parcel Mail for heavy items.
*For Oversea Buyer : Please select "Store Pickup" and Payment Method by Bank Deposit, then let us know how is the delivery method. (eg. let us know your DHL account no. in order for us to call DHL to pick up the item on your behalf). We'll send you payment link through PAYPAL or Netbuilder Credit Card.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Most orders ship within 1 - 3 business days. Shipping on Ground shipments generally takes 2 - 5 business days. In the event that some of the products that you have purchased run out of stock, we will contact you to inform you the new delivery schedule and have your confirmation to proceed with the purchase.
