Q : What carrier do you use for shipping and what services are available? 
A: *For West Malaysia Buyer : we use G-Dex for our Courier deliveries, sometimes we may use lorry transport for heavy items. 
*For East Malaysia Buyer : we use G-Dex, air parcel post and sometimes we may use sea/Surface parcel Mail for heavy items. 
*For Oversea Buyer : Please select "Store Pickup" and Payment Method by Bank Deposit, then let us know how is the delivery method. (eg. let us know your DHL account no. in order for us to call DHL to pick up the item on your behalf).  We'll send you payment link through PAYPAL or Netbuilder Credit Card.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Most orders ship within 1 - 2 business days. Shipping on Ground shipments generally takes 1 - 5 business days. Please refer to the product page for estimated delivery times by product. We ship every working day, and we work very hard to fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. We think you'll be happy with the speed of our shipment! Orders shipped to destinations within West Malaysia usually have a delivery time of 1 - 2 business days after shipment. Orders shipped Sabah and Sarawah usually take between 1-5 days to arrive depend on the types of courier services and shipping companies, although sometimes a bit longer.
Q: Can I buy from techno.com.my/online without creating an account ?
A: Yes, by using PayPal Express Checkout is that it allows you to skip several steps of the checkout process on our website. Instead of having to enter in a shipping address, billing address, and credit card information, you simply clicks the Express Checkout button, logs into his PayPal account, reviews your personal information, and then returns to our website to complete the purchase. Otherwise It is not possible because after created an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us next time. Just use your login (your email address) and password next time you shop with us. All your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.

Q: Why my payment was declined?

This could be for many different reasons, however, NBePay is not informed of the exact reason why the transaction has been declined. Reasons why your payment was declined include:
Most Malaysia credit card need to register the card with their Card Issuer's for the secure online payment services before order online for the first time.


- Some of the card/personal details entered does not match the information held by your Card Issuer

- You do not have enough cleared funds on your card to cover the amount of the purchase

- Your card has been reported as lost/stolen and been cancelled by your Card Issuer

- Your card has or is due to expire and has been replaced by your Card Issuer

- Your card has recently been replaced by your Card Issuer but not yet activated

- Your card cannot be used to pay for goods/services in a Cardholder-Not-Present environment (online/over the internet)

- There may be a problem with your Card Issuer’s authorisation system

-- You haven't activated 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) of your card
